Scope and coordination

I run a US LLC from India. What do I need to keep in mind?
A US LLC owned by a foreign person generally has US reporting obligations even where no US tax is payable, and there are Indian income tax and foreign exchange implications for the owner. Speak to us and we will map the requirements.
Do you work with US time zones?
We work during Indian business hours (10 AM to 8 PM IST). Calls can be scheduled at the end of the Indian working day to overlap with the US morning.
