A well-prepared file makes a lender’s decision easier. Agar & Co. helps individuals, professionals and businesses assess eligibility, prepare financial documents and present loan applications to banks and financial institutions.
What we do
We are Chartered Accountants, and our role is to make sure that your financial position is presented accurately and completely. That includes:
- Eligibility assessment – an indication of the loan size and structure that your income, books and existing obligations can support.
- Financial documentation – computation of income, financial statements, net-worth statements, stock and debtor statements, projections and CMA data.
- Project reports – for new projects, expansions and machinery finance.
- Application support – preparing the file and coordinating with the lender on your behalf, where you authorise us.
- After sanction – stock statements, renewals, enhancement proposals and the yearly review documents lenders ask for.

Frequently asked questions
Do you give loans?
No. We help you prepare and present the application. The loan is sanctioned and disbursed by the bank or financial institution of your choice.
Can you guarantee approval or the lowest interest rate?
No one can, honestly. What we can do is make sure your financial profile is presented accurately and that the application meets the lender’s requirements, which improves the quality of the file.
What is the difference between an overdraft and a cash credit limit?
Generally, an overdraft is a revolving facility against security such as a fixed deposit or property, while a cash credit limit is a working-capital facility for trading or manufacturing businesses, secured by stock and receivables, where the amount you can draw depends on the value of the stock and debtors reported. Interest in both cases is charged on the amount used. The exact terms depend on the lender.
Is a CMA report or a project report necessary?
For larger working-capital limits, term loans and new projects, lenders commonly ask for CMA data, projected financial statements and a project report. We prepare these.
Can a solar loan be combined with a government subsidy?
For eligible rooftop solar installations there may be a central subsidy, which is released as per the scheme’s process. See our subsidy schemes page and speak to us about the structure.
Do you help clients outside Jaipur?
Yes. Documentation is done online, and we coordinate with lenders across India.
Agar & Co. is a firm of Chartered Accountants and is not a bank, an NBFC or a lender. Nothing on this page is an offer of credit or a guarantee of loan approval. Loan sanction, interest rates, fees, security and tenure are at the sole discretion of the lender and are subject to its policies.
