Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) in Jaipur
A Digital Signature Certificate lets you sign documents and returns electronically. It is required for company and LLP filings, many income tax and GST filings and for e-tendering.
Where a DSC is used
- Company and LLP incorporation and MCA filings, and by directors and partners.
- Income tax returns of companies and audit reports, and GST filings by companies and LLPs.
- E-tendering and e-procurement on government portals.
- Signing of electronic documents and, for exporters, DGFT filings.
Documents and process
DSCs are issued by licensed Certifying Authorities. Class 3 certificates are the most commonly used for tax, MCA and tender filings. The applicant provides PAN and Aadhaar or another identity and address proof, a photograph, mobile number and email address. Verification is done by video or by Aadhaar-based e-KYC as per the authority’s process. The certificate is delivered on a USB token or through an alternative supported form, and is valid for one to three years. We help with new applications, renewals and token setup.
